Return & Exchange

Because all our rhinestone items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you order an item and it is made incorrectly, we will replace it. Contact us immediately if there is an error with your order. We must provide you with a return authorization number.

All our designs are applied to garments using a high-grade heat press as per manufacturers instructions. Stones rarely come loose but if they do, we will replace them for the life of your garment.
